Export finished products, components, dual-use goods and technologies, sign direct contracts with foreign buyers, and scale up production. For transfers that meet the conditions of the simplified mechanism, a decision on the permit is made within 30 calendar days.

Who can export
Companies that:
- are manufacturers of goods or holders of rights to technologies;
- perform state defence contracts and/or are listed in the register of selection participants and contractors of state contracts.
No separate special export authorisations are required.
